1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "loinapk", "we", "us", "our" refers to the loinapk platform and its operating entity, accessible at loinapk.net.
• "You", "User", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the loinapk platform.
• "Platform" refers to the loinapk website at loinapk.net, including all pages, services, games, and features accessible therein.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the loinapk platform.
• "Balance" refers to the PKR-denominated funds held in a Player's loinapk account, comprising real-money deposits and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by loinapk subject to wagering requirements as specified in individual promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process loinapk conducts in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency used for all transactions on the loinapk platform.

2Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and loinapk. By accessing loinapk.net or using any part of the loinapk platform — including browsing game content, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you unconditionally accept these Terms in full.

Your continued use of the loinapk platform following the publication of any updated version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 3Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active loinapk account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming and sports betting are not expressly prohibited for you personally.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual natural person on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or trustee for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the loinapk platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or involuntarily as a result of a Terms violation.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of loinapk or any of its affiliated entities.

loinapk reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual person may register and maintain only one active loinapk account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. loinapk employs technical and manual detection mechanisms to identify multi-accounting behaviour. Where multiple accounts are detected, loinapk reserves the right to merge or close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the account registration process and to update that information promptly if it changes. loinapk specifically requires your legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid email address or mobile number. The use of fictitious names, false dates of birth, or misrepresented contact details is prohibited and will result in account termination.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your loinapk account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes sent to your registered mobile number. loinapk strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. You must notify loinapk support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. loinapk accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

loinapk may require you to complete a Know Your Customer verification process at any point, including at the time of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when your account activity triggers a review. KYC documents typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of current address, and confirmation of the payment method used. Accounts that fail or refuse to complete KYC will be restricted from withdrawal until verification is completed.

5Deposits & Payments

loinapk accepts deposits in PKR via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and standard bank transfer from any Pakistani financial institution. Deposits made via supported methods are typically reflected in your loinapk account balance within minutes of confirmation.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit within your loinapk account.
• loinapk does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
• Deposits made in error or duplicate deposits should be reported to loinapk support immediately. loinapk will investigate and, where a genuine error is confirmed, arrange a refund where operationally feasible.
• loinapk reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit where fraud, money laundering, or policy violation is suspected.

6Withdrawals

Withdrawals of real-money balances from your loinapk account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and, where possible, to the same payment method used to make your most recent deposit.
• Bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request.
• loinapk targets processing of withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on your bank's processing times.
• loinapk may delay a withdrawal to conduct additional security or fraud checks. You will be notified if such a review is initiated.
• In the event that a withdrawal is made as a result of a technical error, software malfunction, or erroneous credit to your account, loinapk reserves the right to reverse such withdrawal and reclaim any funds paid in error.

7Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

loinapk offers a range of promotional bonuses to Pakistani players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and PSL seasonal promotions. All bonuses are awarded at loinapk's sole discretion and are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above with verified loinapk accounts.
• Each player is entitled to claim each offer only once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• loinapk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to obligations already incurred by players who have commenced meeting the relevant wagering requirement.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

loinapk employs active monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the exploitation of wagering requirement loopholes through low-risk hedging strategies, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, and systematic low-variance wagering designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses and associated winnings voided, their accounts suspended, and may be permanently banned from the loinapk platform.

7.3 PKR Denomination

All loinapk bonuses are denominated and credited in PKR. There are no currency conversion charges or exchange rate adjustments applied to bonus values. The amount advertised in the promotion is the amount credited to your balance.

8Gaming Rules

All casino games and sports betting markets available on the loinapk platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within the game interface or betting market. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game or market.

• Game outcomes on loinapk are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for casino games and by real-world sporting event results for sports betting markets.
• loinapk reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or data feed failure has demonstrably affected the outcome.
• In-play sports betting markets are subject to suspension or voiding where an event is abandoned, postponed, or where the integrity of the market is compromised.
• loinapk PSL betting markets follow rules established in accordance with official PCB match results. Rain-affected matches and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) outcomes are honoured as official results.
• Maximum win limits per single bet or game session may apply. Where applicable, these limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

9Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the loinapk platform:

• Registering or operating more than one loinapk account.
• Using another person's identity, payment credentials, or account details.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software tool to interact with the loinapk platform in place of genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or sports betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings arising from a demonstrable software malfunction are void.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using loinapk deposits and withdrawals to layer or integrate illicit funds.
• Making threats, abusive, or harassing communications to loinapk staff or other players via any channel.
• Attempting to circumvent loinapk's security systems, fraud detection, or KYC processes.

10Responsible Gaming

loinapk is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming among Pakistani players. The following tools are available to all registered loinapk users and can be activated directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once reached, further wagering is automatically suspended for the defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your loinapk account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 180 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the loinapk platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the specified exclusion period.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the loinapk platform — including but not limited to the loinapk brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game content, text, software, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of loinapk or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence, right, or interest in any loinapk intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, modify, or create derivative works from any loinapk content without the prior written consent of loinapk. Unauthorised use of loinapk's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, loinapk's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

loinapk shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any loss of data, goodwill, or reputation.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond loinapk's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, power outages, natural events, or government-mandated service restrictions affecting Pakistan.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or from unauthorised access to your account where you have not taken reasonable security precautions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13Termination & Account Closure

loinapk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• Any account found to belong to a user under the age of 21.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, loinapk reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Where account closure is initiated by loinapk without cause, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their most recently used withdrawal method.

14Amendments to These Terms

loinapk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to withdrawal policies, bonus terms, or eligibility rules — loinapk will provide registered users with at least seven (7) days' notice of the change via email or an in-platform notification before the revised Terms take effect.

Minor clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, and changes required by law may take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the loinapk platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming license standards applicable to loinapk's operating jurisdiction. loinapk operates in compliance with the requirements of its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and loinapk arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through loinapk's internal complaints procedure. loinapk aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body specified in loinapk's licensing terms.
